The Project's singular mission is to bring together the outsiders, innovators and trendsetters; the big thinkers who dream even bigger - all in the name of redefining success. She draws on her extensive experience in financial services, small business operations and organizational behavior to provide education, tools and counsel to women looking to bust out of the cubicle, through the glass ceiling and into an enterprise of her own creation.
