One of the primary principles I teach is the idea that your most amazing success stories will come from beyond your comfort zone. I've become comfortable in running my own little business. Things are actually running quite smoothly. My clients are making amazing progress – quitting jobs, making money, generating awesome opportunities.
I'm in my comfort zone.
A few months ago I decided to launch a new live event. I've never done one on this scale before. And I'm actually quite excited about it.
I can visualize the women in the room, the energy, the breakthroughs, the creativity. It's going to be a wonderful event.
I can't seem to get off my ass to market it, talk to people and promote it through my amazing network. And so, I had to ask myself... Why????
Why was I procrastinating doing something I'm so excited to do?
Why was I filling my spare time with unproductive activities when I could be doing something to actually grow my business, but most importantly -- inspiring others to have the courage to step beyond their comfort zone?
Do you have something that's hiding in your head?
Have you ever considered that what you have to offer might enhance someone else's life?
Big or small, it doesn't matter.
Where are you hiding?
Or are you just staying within your comfort zone?
And more importantly, what can you do to step beyond it?
