Winners of the 60-Second Commercial Making Contest Announced

The rules were simple: Produce a 60 second spot in one of three categories in about a week in 110 degree heat that would wow our esteemed panel of judges. Seven teams from as far away as Washington, DC competed. After hours of deliberation, our panel selected the following three winners of the first Moxie Project 60-Second Commercial Making Contest, awarding each $1000.

“We have a fantastic team of judges assembled from Hollywood and the local Palm Springs community for the first-ever Gay TV Week,” said Shann Carr, founder of the Moxie Project. “Everyone at Moxie is very excited about all the fun events we have planned for the local community and the production teams who will be in town to compete. Most of the events are at Hotel Zoso, who is offering an amazing $89/night rate for Moxie guests.”
